Quadruple treat today today: Summer break is over, SPEED carries the rest of the season, rain at SPA, AND most importantly, Vettle tried another stupid-assed pass which was doomed to failure before it was started. Unfortunately, he stayed in the race, but his victim was retired....I've finally reached a point in which anybody but Vettle winning the championship will make F1 2010 a treat (and worth the Fox coverage).
Agree with Kieth
Hamilton is driving really, really well, then comes Webber. Vettle is the most talented, but his maturity level and decision making are way off the pace. I think he made a simple mistake, just misjudged the braking point and the road conditions - didnt think JB would be on the brakes as soon as he was and.....ahhhh! no traction....BOOM.
Simple as that (this time)
I am no Vettle fan, but still didnt think it warranted a drive through (stoopid)
Pretty much the same thing Barracello did to Alonzo.
Just misjudged the road conditions.
Keith, what odds will you give me on Webber?:evil:I will put a fiver on Lews Hamilton winning the championship. Not that I don't wish Mark not to succeed, quite the opposite but I think he's driving for the wrong team, and will not get the 100% support he now needs to chase down the title.
Technically, I also think they have now lost their "advantage". It is patently obvious that they changed the front wing (whatever that greasy schnide Horner says) in order to pass the new tests and there are also redefined chassis tests to come in from Monza.
Button being a 'nice guy' will support Lewis probably without being asked, whilst Vettel would rather crash & burn than help Mark.
I also believe that Hamilton is now the best driver on the grid, bar none.
Any takers?
Bring it on.....:veryangry:
Edit: PS I've never 'won' anything in my life, so I'm probably wrong - again![]()
Hi Keith,
Yes. I'll take it and raise you a score.
.............and then when I win we will drink it.
C'mon Pete, I'm a poor man but we'll have a private flutter. Mark wins? You get a fiver (in AUD naturally) but if I win - you send me (purely based on net worth you understand)a fiver + my local Hampshire betting tax which is... a fiver.
Are we on?
C'mon mate, I've got a cricket match to fi...., er watch..![]()
Keith seeing as Hamilton is now leading the WDC I think I should get at least
2 to 1, however in the interest of sportsmanship. You are On. Five British pounds and you can pay me in pounds please not $AU.
