Thanks to every one there and a special thanks to Chris Melia and team for the work he did in providing such nice bodywork and laser cut tube kit. am lucky to be aretired man so plenty of time , that's the reason the car was built in one year but from what I know some others similar 908 are in process with this fabulous well molded bodywork and probably in some monthes my car will have sister cars coming !!!
Now every thing is sorted ; bodywork , chassis , uprights , internal panels , steering rack , all sort of small ancillaries in fiberglass so it's easier for someone in love with this so nice design to start a long term project ( not really a kit but not totally a scratch built)
Thanks again Chris
some more pics taken before loading on the big truck

Very nice build, but who makes the kit for this in the US? When you line them up together with the GT3, who wins? Again awesome looking car and build. What size wheels does it run, 15" or 16". Thanks Brian

Michel, that is one stunning car and having seen the originals at Amelia Island this past weekend I can honestly say yours is a very, very nice tribute. Well done.

I was there and lusted after the 908 myself! Froze on Friday and sunburned on Sat/Sun. Go figure...

Absolutly a great car build. It looks kind of lonely there with the pits & grandstands so empty though. Bet you could just hear the ghosts of past races.
Been looking through all the pics of your build. Have a question though. How do you train the spiders to weave in steel? LOL Not as bad as typo 61 Maserati but still a whole lot of tubes. Great job well gone of a great car.
