It's a total waste of time/energy to debate the issue with you.
On the topic....my sympathies to all those who lost loved ones in the terrible incident in London. Two whackos....might have been Demopublicans, might have been Republicrats, might have been Libtards, might have been Conservacreeps, that is yet to be seen. One thing is certain...they were bound and determined to make their agenda known one way or another, come hell, high water, or a gun in the hands of an intended victim. A sad day, indeed...what a shame that our friends in Great Britain have to endure this, too.....
Doug
Doug, talk about "not seeing the forest for the trees", The "two wackos" were talking about
Allah and were praised for their "courage" by Imams. What does that bring to mind? It was a cowardly attack on an unarmed, unsuspecting victim in his country of birth by two armed fundamentalist Muslims welcomed to the UK by naive British politicians.
Not at all, Al....I share your disgust at the cowardly act, no doubt, and abhor the belief that death achieved in jihad ensures life everafter in whatever heaven they believe....that's just propaganda spewed by those who would rather stand back and entice impressionable young militants to commit the acts that they are too cowardly to commit.
But, as I said, more than anything I rue the fact that our peace loving friends in GB are having to endure these kind of attacks, not only the attack on their bodies, but also the attack on their culture and their society.
Cheers!
Doug, you reasoning and logic chips need to be rebooted. Take care, Al
It bears repeating what one of my GT40 friends said about yerdugliness, "I'd slash my wrists if I had to sit through one of his classes."
Surely Bob this succinctly shows up one of the biggest problems in trying to debate on this forum. Unless they are a former pupil, your friend could not possibly have any idea what sitting through one of yerdugliness’s lessons would be like.

They may hear something that could be life changing, they may not. Yet they are not prepared to have an open mind listen and then make a decision based on the facts not pre conceived judgment.
“The reason we have two ears and only one mouth, is that we may hear more and speak less”
OK I confess I struggle with that one as well
I wanted to be polite but somethings are best said out loud.
